Exchange & Return Policy

As Tellez abayas are custom-made upon order and not ready-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted if the product matches the agreed specifications.


Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The customer receives an incorrect order
  • (The full order amount will be refunded).
  • The customer receives an incomplete order
  • (The missing item will be delivered, or the value of the missing item will be refunded).
  • The product does not match the agreed specifications, or there is an error in delivery or execution not caused by customer misuse or negligence.

Important Conditions:

  • If the abaya size has been altered or modified, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A return request must be submitted within 1 day from the date the customer receives the product or service.
  • The abaya may be exchanged only within 6 hours from the time of placing the order.
  • No modifications or changes can be made after 6 hours from order confirmation.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be processed and transferred within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received.
  • The abaya must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and attachments.

Notes:

  • Any notes written in the order must be discussed with us in advance to confirm whether they can be implemented.
  • Requests for changes after the 6-hour window will not be accepted.
