Terms of Use Agreement – Introduction
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of the store’s services through this electronic platform.
Any person who uses the store—whether as a consumer of products or services or otherwise—shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed, while being fully legally competent under Sharia, regulations, and law, to all terms and provisions of this agreement. Such use constitutes confirmation of your commitment to comply with these terms.
This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the consumer and the store and shall be deemed effective and enforceable immediately upon your approval and registration in the store, in accordance with Article (10) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One – Introduction and Definitions
The above introduction forms an integral part of this agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- (Store): Includes all forms of the store available online, whether as a mobile application, website, or physical commercial outlet.
- (Consumer): Any person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services offered by the store through its electronic platform.
- (Agreement): Refers to these Terms and Conditions governing and regulating the relationship between the parties.
Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer
- The consumer represents that they have full legal capacity under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that their age is not less than eighteen (18) years.
- In the event of a violation of this article, the consumer shall bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences vis-à-vis third parties.
Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation
- The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the offered product or service.
- The store may provide additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the requested product or service.
Article Four – Usage Guidelines
- The consumer undertakes to use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The consumer undertakes not to use any purchased product or service in violation of public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying for membership, you must provide specific information and choose a username and confidential password. By doing so, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and must immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use.
- The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect material or moral losses resulting from disclosure of login information.
- You are solely responsible for using your account. Any use by others shall be deemed authorized by you.
- You undertake to use the store seriously and in good faith.
- You undertake to provide true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful information and to update it when necessary.
- The store undertakes to keep your personal information and contact details strictly confidential.
- If it is found that false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information has been provided, the store reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prejudice to its other legal rights.
- Failure to comply with the above grants the store the right to suspend or cancel your account or deny access to its services.
Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Channels
- The parties agree that communication shall be conducted via the registered email address.
- The consumer agrees that electronic agreements, notices, and communications shall have the same legal effect as written documents.
- The store may notify consumers of matters related to this agreement via general or targeted electronic messages.
